Emulsions are created using high-shear techniques that reduce the size of oil droplets within our flavor oil and emulsifier blend, typically using gum acacia. This process transforms the oils into highly concentrated, water-soluble flavors that are ideal for high-heat applications. Our flavor emulsions are heat-resistant, making them especially suitable for baking.
